About Anglian Tectonics

Anglian Tectonics is the oldest established continuously owned family Company in East Kent and has been trading for over 40 years. We are specialists in below ground waterproofing and can provide specifications for the waterproofing of basements and cellars up to BS8102: 2009.

Our surveyors have extensive experience within the preservation industry and hold the C.S.R.T. (Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatment) qualification. We also promote from within the company and further employees are working towards this qualification. We believe in maintaining a strong reputation within the preservation and building industry. We provide all our employees with ongoing training to ensure that they are up to date with changes in the remedial industry, new product development and application methods to ensure we are able to provide the best available solutions for your preservation and structural problems.

Accreditations

We are members of the Property Care Association (P.C.A). The P.C.A ensures that the highest levels of professionalism operate amongst its members. Companies and surveyors must meet strict criteria to ensure that they comply with the required standards. All companies are audited on a regular basis to assure their standards of workmanship.

The P.C.A was formed from The British Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing Association, of which we were members since its inception and also of The British Wood Preserving Association and The British Chemical Damp coursing before that.

Anglian Tectonics are members of the Government endorsed TrustMark scheme. TrustMark is a quality mark, which ensures processes; standards and complaint procedures are being maintained.

Contracts

Contracts undertaken vary greatly in size and scope, with preservation work being carried out to domestic and commercial premises, listed and public buildings. Our clients include Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Surveyors, Architects, Structural Engineers and Insurance Companies. We have also worked alongside English Heritage, Railway Companies and The Ministry of Defence.

A high standard of service is offered from the first enquiry to after sales care. Works undertaken can be guaranteed for 10-20 years dependent on the type of treatment undertaken. Guarantees can be insurance backed on request.
